CUSTOMER SERVICE

Retro Hobby has worked dligently with RC2 Brands, Inc. making every effort to ensure the highest quality in all components of our kits. Each release is produced in very limited quantities and we cannot offer a parts replacement program, however we are here to help you in case of a problem.

Parts

Should a kit have a missing or badly damaged part, the customer must return the ENTIRE unbuilt kit, postage paid to Retro Hobby Inc., at our Canadian office using the address listed under Contact Information. Any returned kit must be marked on customs declaration forms as a plastic model kit being return with a value NO HIGHER than the purchase price paid.

Retro Hobby Inc., will examine any returned item and replace it at our discretion. We will pay for the return cost of shipping.

Decals

We occasionally have a VERY limited number of extra decal sheets for each kit. Extra decal sheets, when available, may be purchased at a cost of $5.00 USD (shipping included) at the Retro Hobby Shop.
