Tiki Trike • Kit No. 21511P • Trick Trike Series • 1/25 Scale Plastic
Flashback Vintage Model Kit Reissue Program • Release 4
MOLDED IN: White, chrome, clear, transparent red and transparent blue with vinyl tires, waterslide decals and metal axle.
SPECIAL FEATURES: Large decal sheet featuring super-size "Torch Tiki" bonus decal and many colorful designs including optional "rattan" roof insert, groovy interlinked "peace" signs, flames, surf stripes and more!
MPC's Tiki Trike is a real "Chopped Chopper!"

If you're gonna' cruise the beach, why not do it in mod, psychedelic style? The Tiki Trike has it all! Feast your eyes on this wild chopper with an interior so "radically reclined" it's perfect for riding in custom comfort, under a way-low cantilevered roof that will shade you from bakin' in the hot sun! Or, catch some rays... the Tiki Trike's drag parachute doubles as a picnic blanket!

PARTS - All of the MPC Trick Trikes include three sets of transparent parts, one molded in clear and the other two in translucent red and blue. This makes it really easy to install colorful tinted windows, or even tinted headlight lenses for a cool custom look! The rest of the parts are molded in white for easy painting and there's "waves" of chrome.

PACKAGING - Since this is a trike for cruisin' the beach, what could be better than groovy box illustrations from one of the west coast's top automotive stylists? That wild man "Diamond Dave" Marek let the California sun shine on this sleek yellow beauty! Retro Hobby's resident beatnik, Johnny "Von Xeno" Greczula laid out the box panels and splashed water on the sand to meld it all together.

DECALS - Dig the designs of the dynamite duo! Von Xeno's extra large decal sheet includes many colorful themes, from a rad rat rod roof scallop to surf board stripes to crazy interlinked peace signs. Diamond Dave rendered the rattan roof insert, bamboo framed "psychedelic roof rack", and lots of flamin' Tiki heads. To top it all off, he painted us a huge bonus Tiki head decal, suitable for collecting. Way out, Daddy-o!

Don't miss your chance to build and collect the Tiki Trike. It's a wild chopper kit that hasn't been available in over thirty years! Outa' Sight!

Collector's Note: The Tiki Trike was originally released as the "Digger Trike" in 1972, as part of MPC's 1/25 Scale Cycle Series. Kit number 1-2403.
